• The project has been in negotiations for the past 9 months with an industrial off-taker. We have agreed, in draft form, on a PPA and the term. The project has now been tasked with building a 345kv transmission line for a “point to point” delivery of the renewable energy from the project site to the industrial off-takers facility location. Now included in the project is a solar plant and battery backup.
• In June we held a private landowners meeting in Glendive, Mt. We brought everyone up-to-date on the progress of the development. This meeting was attended by the off-taker and a transmission expert from the State of North Dakota who is involved in the planning.  Brief background information and the steps moving forward were discussed. A question and answer period followed each guest speaker.
• Data continues to be generated by 2-60 meter towers and 1-100 meter tower at the site
